Position: Administrative Program Manager, College of Letters & Sciences

Qualifications: A Master’s degree that complements the integration of technology and student learning and is closely related to the responsibilities of the position. Minimum three years progressive experience in related field.

Responsibilities:Academic Staff in College of Letters & Science Dean's Office. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the college online course program, overseeing lab facilities and staff providing college technology support, working one on one with faculty to enable them to use technology for unique teaching and research needs. Secondary responsibilities include representing the college on university-level committees related to technology or online learning and communicating effectively with other units on campus that directly support these initiatives. Candidates must have experience and be able to work with a diverse population.

University: UW-Whitewater is a premier public regional university with an enrollment of over 11,000 students in 48 undergraduate majors and 12 master's degree programs.  It offers high-quality, career oriented programs with a model general education curriculum. 

Community: Whitewater, a city with a population of over 14,000 is located in southeastern Wisconsin near the scenic Kettle Moraine State Forest.  The immediate area offers a wide variety of summer and winter recreational activities, including facilities of the nearby Whitewater Lake recreational area.  Whitewater is 50 miles from Milwaukee, 45 miles from Madison and 110 miles from Chicago.
