Salary Range: Approximately $35000 - $45000

Responsibilities: Program coordination and advising for College of Business and Economics students enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration online programs.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, advising (prior to and after enrollment), creating a virtual community, increasing effectiveness of communication tools, monitoring and assessing students’ progression toward degree, collaborating with University offices to ensure smooth delivery of student services (such as Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, veterans’ assistance, etc.), and supporting marketing of programs .   The position is located in the College of Business and Economics Deans’ area and will work closely with the associate deans, assistant deans, and College advisors.

Qualifications: Masters degree required (business degree desirable) and two years’ higher education student services experience preferred.  The position requires ability to work with a diverse population and demonstration of excellent organizational, communication (virtual, online, written), and interpersonal skills, in addition to flexibility and ability to manage a variety of issues as they occur.  Experience with higher education student records software is a plus.

Community: Whitewater, a city with a population of over 14,000 is located in southeastern Wisconsin near the scenic Kettle Moraine State Forest.  The immediate area offers a wide variety of summer and winter recreational activities, including facilities of the nearby Whitewater Lake recreational area.  Whitewater is 50 miles from Milwaukee, 45 miles from Madison and 110 miles from Chicago.
