University Marketing and Media Relations
Marketing and Media Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is looking for a project manager to join our high-energy office. The successful candidate will be detail-orientated, a strong communicator, have strong technology skills and work well with a variety of campus departments. The project manager will sit in on meetings for a wide variety of projects including graphic design work. Some understanding of the creative brief process and event planning would be beneficial.
This is a full-time academic staff position and candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree to qualify for consideration. Proof of experience in organizational development is a plus. A successful candidate will have three to five years of progressively responsible management experience.

Reports to: Director of University Marketing and Media Relations (UMMR)
•Research, implement, and manage a project management system for the UMMR division.
•Manage, under the supervision of the Director, a wide array of projects.
•Assist the UMMR team in ensuring projects are completed by established deadlines.
•Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships between departments on campus and UMMR.
A bachelor’s degree and three to five years of progressively responsible management experience. Proof of experience in organizational development is a plus.
