**** New for 2012-2013! ****

Students who are selected for verification for 2012-2013 please check your WINS To Do List for requested documentation.  Several forms have been changed and added.  Please note we are no longer able to accept copies of Federal Income Tax Returns.  IRS Tax Return Transcripts (if requested) obtained directly from the IRS will be the only acceptable documentation.  Refer to the Verification section of our website for instructions on obtaining a Tax Return Transcript.

  • Award Notifications for 2012-2013. If you have received your Award Notification for 2012-2013, please note that you have three weeks to accept or decline your aid. Students who have taken no action related to their financial aid offer within the three-week timeframe will have their offer canceled. We may not be able to reinstate all types of aid that were originally offered. (The Parent PLUS Loan does not fall under the three week deadline.)
  • New for Grad Students for 2012-2013. As of July 1, 2012, graduate students will no longer be eligible for the Subsidized Direct Loan. Full-Time Graduate students are eligible for up to a maximum of $20,500 in Direct Loans for the academic year, including the summer session.
  • Summer Applications are now available under the Online Forms section for 2011-2012.
  • The 2012-2013 FAFSA is now available. Go to www.fafsa.gov to complete your application by the priority date of March 1.  As of February 1, students and parents can use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to import data directly from the IRS.
  • First-time Subsidized and Unsubsidized Direct Loan borrowers, remember to complete your Entrance Counseling.
  • If you are required to sign a Master Promissory Note, you will receive an email and/or letter with instructions.  Students awarded a Perkins Loan should remember this is a separate promissory note from the Direct Loans.
