Loans
The Direct Loan Servicing Center is experiencing issues with enrollment reporting. If you receive a notification indicating that your loan is entering repayment, please call Direct Loan Borrower Services at 800-848-0979. Tell them you are a currently enrolled student and your enrollment status was overridden by a backdated report. You do not need a deferment form. Borrower Services can update their system.
