Faculty / Staff Campaign for Financial Aid

UW-Whitewater faculty and staff have a unique opportunity to fund a scholarship for our current students who need financial assistance the most.

The UW-Whitewater Foundation recognizes that our students continue to face financial hardships, with both decreases in state and federal financial aid, along with increases in the costs of attending the University. The Foundation has therefore agreed to match all gifts and pledges from faculty and staff, up to $20,000, for student financial aid. These donations will be distributed by the financial aid office to assist students who have the greatest needs in this current year.

The Chancellor's Administrative Staff have all pledged to support this campaign. The results of this campaign will be announced at the Foundation's annual Holiday Party in December.

Those interested in making a gift may drop off a check at the Foundation's offices in the Alumni Center. You may also make a one-time gift via credit card through the Foundation's online gift page.

A one-time payment, ongoing payments or a pledge paid in installments that you can define may be paid using payroll deduction or ACH transfer by using the forms below:

A Tribute to Laura Ferris

Arlis (Van Laanen) Greiling wasn't planning to go to college. She couldn't afford it- the room and board, tuition and books, and all the rest of it - until her sister told her about Laura Ferris.
