Zero Gravity
Did your first semester not go as well as you had planned?
Did you find yourself on academic probation?
We understand that that this can be a difficult time in your academic journey, therefore, we have a program in place to help you find success at UW-Whitewater. Zero Gravity is a program specifically for students who find themselves on academic probation. It is a voluntary program where students may choose between two different options.
Program Requirements
Students may choose ONE of the following two components of the ZG program:
In order to participate in either component of the Zero Gravity program please email First Year Experience at fye@uww.edu and indicate which option you would like to participate in (Zero Gravity Workshop Experience OR Developmental Education Course). Once we receive your email we will send you the appropriate ZG agreement and once that is returned to the FYE office you will be “officially” enrolled in the Zero Gravity program.
We look forward to working with you this semester as you work to achieve a higher level of success academically. If you have any questions regarding the Zero Gravity Program please contact the First Year Experience office at 262.472.3205 or fye@uww.edu. If you have questions about your probationary status please contact the Office of Reinstated & Probationary Students at 262.472.5233 or edmondsn@uww.edu.
