Manuel Ossers moved, with a second by Glen Hayes, to approve the minutes of the October 4, 2012 meeting. With no comments or corrections, the motion carried.

Business Items

Glenn Hayes moved, with a second by Will Drago, to approve agenda items A - F on the agenda. John Zbikowski explained that the proposals were part of the new Higher Education Leadership emphasis in the MSE-Professional Development degree program. With no questions or further discussion, the motion was approved.

With no other discussion items, Will Drogo moved, with a second by Sang Choi, to adjourn the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 2:23 p.m.
