The Graduate Certificate in Higher Education is designed for individuals who already have a Master's degree in Counseling or related fields from CACREP approved programs or equivalent and are interested in acquiring additional knowledge and skills to enable them to function effectively as student affairs professionals in post-secondary institutions or higher education settings. Additional course work may be required for persons who are not graduates of CACREP programs.

The Internship may be one or two semesters, depending on the student's needs as determined by Counselor Education Faculty.
