The Graduate Certificate in the Autism Specialist Program is designed to prepare professionals with Bachelor Degrees in Education or related fields to teach and work with individuals with autism.
A Bachelor’s Degree
Aminimum of 2.75 overall grade point average
Applicants for this program must have taken SPECED 205 Psychology of the Exceptional Child or equivalent or have instructor permission.
Note: Units earned in the Autism Specialist Certification Program may also count toward the Master of Science in Education Degree Program in Special Education.
