UWS 14.18 Consistent Institutional Policies

Each institution is authorized to adopt policies consistent with this chapter. A copy of such policies shall be filed with the Board of Regents and the University of Wisconsin System Office of Academic Affairs.

  1. At the UW-Whitewater a student who is found guilty of a second offense of academic misconduct shall be, at the discretion of the investigating officer, subject to suspension or expulsion from the University.
