Project Description:

An emphasis on infrastructure upgrades, sustatinability and accessibility are the driving factors in the Fischer Hall Renovation. The Fischer Hall Renovation includes:

• Accessible, ground level entrance with a new front desk presence
• A complete bathroom upgrade for function and accessibility including a separate assisted bathroom on each living floor
• Elevator
• Mechanical Room upgrades (electrical, HVAC, fire safety, plumbing)
• Upgraded room radiators
• New energy efficient windows
• Sprinkler system for enhanced fire safety
• Data wire upgrade
• Reconfigured basement for maximized space usage
• A/C - Basement and Floor Lounges
• Automatic door openers and doorway modifications in common area doorways and accessible rooms
• New interior finishes (paint, new doors and flooring)
• Replacement furniture as needed
