InteRAct Model

Resident Assistants at UW-Whitewater have a different approach to connecting with students.  We use an InteRAction model so that each student receives individualized attention for their specific needs.  The InteRAct model allows for RAs to have a one on one discussion with each student about their experience at UW-Whitewater.  Each month the RAs have tasks to complete and questions to answer with each resident.  Some of these questions are related to their goals for being a student while others are more general at understanding how they are enjoying the community.  The InteRAct model is a proven system to allow RAs to understand how each student is getting along in the community.
