Responsible for directing the daily operations and activities of the student life and residential education function of the residence halls, including, but not limited to residence hall programming, leadership development, staff selection, training, supervision and evaluation, student conduct, and crisis intervention. Directly supervise the Assistant-Director-Community Development, Assistant Director-Academic & Staff Development, and Assistant Director-Learning Communities, Leadership, & Inclusion.
