Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard

Apple recently released the next version of Mac OS X, Leopard 10.5. Campus licensing allows university owned Macs to upgrade at no additional cost to departments.

iCIT has tested OS X 10.5 and found no incompatibilities with campus enterprise systems. However, we are still working to determine the best configuration for connecting to the campus wireless network. We expect a solution to be available in the near future.

Mac users may schedule appointments for upgrades beginning December 10th. Please contact the Helpdesk (x4357) to schedule a time.

New Macs delivered after December 10, 2007 will come with Mac OS X 10.5 installed.
