  • Earth Week Info
    • Lab & Classroom Support does whatever it can to help the enviroment. We buy EnergyStar Compliant computers and monitors. We have cut our paper consumption rate in half with double sided printing. We shutdown all campus computers every night, and they do not start up until required. The General Access Labs use recycled paper, and recycle their toner cartridges with the HP Recycling Program. Not just Earth Week, but everyday Lab & Classroom Support works to help our enviroment.   • Lab & Classroom Support and ResNet Working Together
    • To provide an unified look and feel all across campus, Lab & Classroom Support and ResNet have started to work together. Students are now able access all of the same features as any other campus lab, and the Pharos Print Management System was installed in each of the Residence Halls.
  • New Lab Machine Installs Completed 
    • Over the past few weeks iCIT Lab & Classroom Support has finished the installation of new lab equipment in McGraw 115, McCutchan 113, McCutchan 12, and the McCutchan Basement Machines.
  • Tidebreak Teamspot in Andersen Lab Collaboratory C
    • Teamspot is now available in Collaboratory C. Teamspot is a program that allows you to share your screen, files, and cursor between all of your group members' laptops and the SMART Board computer in Collab C.
  • GAPS Poster Printing
    • Poster Printing is now available in the GAPS lab. Print posters up to 40" x 60" with lamination. If you are a student wanting more information click here, or if you are a department wishing to print click here.
  • McGraw Partner Pods
    • New in the McGraw General Access labs this year are 6 partner pods. They are great areas workspaces for partners working on a project. With 24" widescreen monitors with laptop hookups, partners can get there work done quickly and easily. Visit the McGraw General Access Lab for more information.
iCIT Lab & Classroom Support Description

iCIT Lab & Classroom Support is a part of Instructional Technology Services (ITS) within Instructional, Communication and Information Technology (iCIT). Lab & Classroom Support provides the basic technical support services for the various computer labs and classrooms on campus. Lab & Classroom Support is currently located in McGraw 11 and can be contacted through the Campus Computer Helpdesk at helpdesk@uww.edu or (262) 472-4357.

iCIT Lab & Classroom Support also provides After Hours Support Services for classroom technology problems after 5pm. To contact After Hours Support dial (262) 472-5794.
