Desktop Support staff provide support for campus office computers and related technology for the UWW campus. They are trained to solve problems on MACs or PCs that are related to the hardware or software currently supported by the University. Services are obtained by placing a call to the Helpdesk, 472-4357. A ticket will be generated for those calls and will be answered either over the phone or in person.
