iCIT's Audio/Visual Equipment Area supports video, A/V equipment, and satellite services for use by UW-Whitewater faculty, staff, and students. Equipment is requested through av@uww.edu or by phone at (262) 472-5531.
Orders are checked once each business day, and require prior business day notice. Equipment is picked up and returned at the Helpdesk during normal business hours. The Helpdesk is located in Andersen Library - Room 2000 (across from Career Services).
Students may request equipment through their faculty advisor. The Student Audio/Visual Equipment Checkout Permission Form
must be completed by the faculty advisor before the student may pick up the equipment.
Students also have access to digital video editing software in the GAPS lab, located in the Andersen Computer Lab. This lab is specially equipped with high-end computers and a variety of software on both Mac & PC platforms to serve the needs of student projects.

If a needed piece of AV equipment is not listed above, please contact us to see if it, or other accommodations, are available to serve your needs.
Faculty and staff may order delivery of A/V equipment that is bulky or has special set up needs. No student requests will be accepted.
A/V offers services to address audio amplification needs for classrooms or other areas on campus to be used for instructional related events. Portable public address systems may be checked out or set up with advance notice. Contact us for checkout or to consult on a site system set up.
Instructional Technology Services offers video services through both the LTC and the the A/V area for instructional purposes. Depending upon your needs, both analog and digital video taping services are available. Videotaping of classroom lectures and presentations, as well as guest lectures or other instructional activities that involve the use of a studio can be arranged.
