Customer Technology Services & Support
The Customer Technology Services & Support (CTSS) unit is responsible for providing front-line customer support to UW-Whitewater faculty, staff and students. This unit includes a modern service desk (transitioning from the Helpdesk) and desktop support services.
CTSS Services include:
