Lab Support within Instructional, Communication, and Information Technology (iCIT) provides technical support services for general access and departmental computer labs and classrooms on campus. iCIT assists in computer purchasing and setup, software installation and monitoring, printer management, and problem troubleshooting. For assistance, contact iCIT through the TSC Help Desk at helpdesk@uww.edu or 262-472-HELP (4357).
iCIT Lab & Classroom Support also provides After Hours Support Services for classroom technology problems after 5 p.m. To contact After Hours Support call 262-472-HELP (4357).

Mon - Thurs: 8 a.m. - Midnight
