The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater GAPS lab is provided for students and faculty to print posters and laminate projects. Students and faculty are encouraged to call ahead to reserve a time and to have their documents saved on Student Storage or a Flash Drive.
- The maximum poster size is 40"x50".
- The recommended size for posters is 40"x40" as a PowerPoint slide, PDF file or JPEG file.
Students may charge their posters or lamination to their student accounts by bringing their student ID card. Printing for departments or faculty can be done by filling out the Department Poster Printing Authorization Form. Organizations can authorize a list of students to print and laminate posters by printing, filling out and having their department head sign the Volume Department Poster Printing Authorization Form.
