Poster Printing and Lamination

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Media lab allows for students and faculty to print posters and laminate projects. Students and faculty are encouraged to call ahead to reserve a time and to have their documents saved on Student Storage or a Flash Drive.

Please allow at least 1 business day for processing of all large format prints and lamination requests.  During heaving printing periods such as Undergraduate Research, it may take longer to process your request.

The recommended size for posters is 40" x 40" as a PDF.  We are also able to print Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (AI) and any image file.  The Media Lab is not responsible for any grammatical or design errors discovered in the printed versions.

Posters can be dropped off in the Media Lab or emailed to  Please do not email files larger than 10MB in size.  You will be notified via email or phone once your poster is complete.  The Media Lab is not responsibile for triming excess laminate or paper from the final document.

Students must have their valid Student ID with them before they will be allowed to print.  Departments or faculty members can print by filling out the Department Poster Printing Authorization Form. Organizations can authorize a list of students to print and laminate posters by printing, filling out and having their department head sign the Volume Department Poster Printing Authorization Form.
