Poster Printing and Lamination
The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Media lab allows for students and faculty to print posters and laminate projects. Students and faculty are encouraged to call ahead to reserve a time and to have their documents saved on Student Storage or a Flash Drive.
The recommended size for posters is 40"x40" as a PSD, AI, PowerPoint slide, PDF file or JPEG file. For anything Larger than 40"x60" we recommend that you call or email the media lab to get pricing as well as see if there will be any issues printing the poster.
Students must have their valid Student ID with them before they will be allowed to print and they can charge their posters or lamination to their student accounts. Departments or faculty members can print by filling out the Department Poster Printing Authorization Form. Organizations can authorize a list of students to print and laminate posters by printing, filling out and having their department head sign the Volume Department Poster Printing Authorization Form.

- Posters 40" wide and up to 60" long: $35.00
- Lamination up to 40"x40": $6.00
- Lamination over 40": $8.00
