Poster Printing and Lamination
The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Media lab allows for students and faculty to print posters and laminate projects. Students and faculty are encouraged to call ahead to reserve a time and to have their documents saved on Student Storage or a Flash Drive.
The recommended size for posters is 40"x40" as a PDF, PSD, AI, PowerPoint slide or TIFF file. For posters larger than 80 inches in length, please contact the media lab ahead of time. We require at least 24 hours to process poster prints. We do not guarantee same day prints for posters.
Students must have their valid Student ID with them before they will be allowed to print and they can charge their posters or lamination to their student accounts. Departments or faculty members can print by filling out the Department Poster Printing Authorization Form. Organizations can authorize a list of students to print and laminate posters by printing, filling out and having their department head sign the Volume Department Poster Printing Authorization Form.

- $5 for every additional 20" in length
- Lamination up to 40"x40": $6.00
- $2 for every additional 20" in length
