Located just inside Andersen General Access Lab in L1008, the Media Lab enables students to work with a variety of different A/V and print technologies. Boasting a sound booth, video editing equipment, poster printing and lamination, color printing, scanning and innovative software, the Media Lab has proven resourceful to multimedia majors, as well as students in non-related curricula. The Media Lab also houses a checkout facility for A/V equipment such as projectors, cameras and tripods, which are to be used outside of the lab.
The Media Lab offers access to high-end Macintosh and Windows computers running Adobe Suite and other multimedia software. The color printers are intended for high-quality full-page color printing; students are charged for color printing on a per page basis.
Note: Our color printing and scanning area is often in high demand for the availability of resources. We urge you not to leave your projects and assignments until the last minute.
