Timely Assistance
We strive to offer the highest level of support and empower instructors to have access to the necessary documention and tutorials to complete tasks in a timely fashion.
Self Service Tutorials
We have a vast collection of tutorials covering most topics related to Desire2Learn, other LTC supported services and other technology related items. These tutorials can be found at: LTC Instructional Resources. Can't find what you're looking for? Let us know!
Desire2learn Support
The Desire2Learn Support Form gathers additional information about the computer you are using which will help us quickly troubleshoot and solve your issues. The support form is monitored during non-working hours for critical system outages. Our goal is to respond to all issues within 1 business day.
Phone Support
Instructors can reach us via phone at 262.472.1004. Please keep in mind that pending the issue, we may ask you to complete the Desire2Learn Support Form for additional information.
Walk-In Support
The LTC is open from 8 AM to 4:30 PM on University business days. We do reserve Friday afternoons between 1pm and 4pm for walk-in assistance. If you stop in outside of that window, we can assist you in making an appointment and will do our best to accomodate your needs.
