Publisher PowerPoint presentations often have animation which interferes with TurningPoint functionality. The following steps describe how to turn off this animation so that any TurningPoint slides you add will function properly.
Open your PowerPoint presentation.
Select the "View" ribbon and choose "Slide Master."
Select the first slide - “Master Title Slide”
Select the “Animations” ribbon
Click anywhere in the box to edit Master text styles. When you see a dashed line and dots around the box, you will know it has been selected.
Click the “Animate” drop-down menu
Change the drop-down menu setting from “Custom Animation” to “No Animation”. The change may look like it has not taken after the drop-down menu closes it may still read “Custom animation,” but if you selected “No animation” while the menu was open, the animation will be turned off.
