Preparing for Turning Point Session in the Classroom
- Turn
on the classroom desktop computer or your laptop
- Logon
to the Novell network if you plan to use your G: drive for file access
- Connect
your TT RF receiver to one USB extender cable, and your flash drive (with PPT
& participant list) to the other extender cable.
- Open
Turning Point – click on the Desktop.
- Then select the TurningPoint 2008 ribbon in Powerpoint 2007.

- Set up response devices and participants.
- Selecte Response Devices from the drop-down menu.
- Click the Select a Participant List button to bring up the available participant lists on the right-hand side of the screen
- Select the list you wish to use, then click the Use Selected List button in the lower right-hand corner. Your list will now see the Current Participant List window.

- If your participant list does not appear under Available Lists, click the Import a List button, then follow the previous step.
- File/Open your TT/PPT file.
- RESET your TT session to clear any remnants from a previous session.

Ending Your TurningPoint Session
- At the end of the TT slide presentation, remember to save
the session data.

- TurningPoint session files may now be saved directly to a network drive or flash drive if desired.
- REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE RF RECEIVER, and TAKE IT
WITH YOU. DO NOT LEAVE IT IN THE CLASSROOM.
