Acquiring a Clicker for Your Class
- Purchase a clicker at the University Bookstore.
- If you are taking more than one class that requires a clicker, you only need to purchase one clicker. You should use the same clicker for all your classes.
- You may also use the clicker for multiple semesters. Check the University Catalog and timetable for future use before selling the clicker back to the Bookstore.
- You may not share a clicker with another student, each student needs his own clicker.
- The Turning Technology Keypad [Clicker] is a very small device that is roughly the size of a credit card and weighs about 1 oz. It is your responsibility to take care of this device throughout the semester.
- New clickers are available at the UW-W Bookstore.
- Used clickers may be available at the bookstore as well.
- The Bookstore installs new batteries before they are resold.
- A new clicker battery from the Bookstore or the vending machine in McGraw General Access Lab is available for $1.70.
- You may sell your clickers to other students at the end of the semester, or keep it for future courses, as needed..
