Today I was not able to access a file on my D2L site from my campus computer. It said there was a problem with a pop-up blocker.

If your computer has pop-up blocker software installed or is upgraded to Service Pack 2 on Win XP, you will get a warning box from time to time depending on the type of files you want to download and the settings on the pop-up blocker. If you respond to the message and OK the download, you should be OK. In D2L, you may be thrown back to the homepage after you OK the popup and you just have to go back to where you were in the course, and click on the link again. It is an inconvenience, but there is not much we can do to get around this.
