Microsoft Exchange Server 2007
Project Overview
The campus Microsoft Exchange email system will be upgraded to Exchange 2007, the newest version of Microsoft’s email client, which will include an improved user interface. The internet interface called “Outlook Web Access” will have more features, greatly improve spam filtering, and will be compatible with both Mac and Windows platforms.
Project Benefits
- Improved filtering of spam and internet viruses
- Integrated calendar for Outlook Web Access
- Compatible with Outlook Web Access as well as Outlook 2007, Entourage 2008, and MacMail.
- Outlook Web Access will function more like Outlook client, creating a better working environment.
