Netware to Linux Migration
Project Overview
All data and university services on the Netware 6.5 servers will be migrated to new SLES (SUSE Linux Enterprise Server) 10.1. This is a platform for delivering enterprise wide (“campus wide”) network services. This includes file management, printing, backing up data, and web applications. Netware was an older version of this software. This newer version is more flexible and allows for different software platforms to be supported.
