Network Jack Activation

A Jack Activation Request is a request to turn on (activate) a jack that has not been used and is not currently active/enabled.

To submit a request call the Technology Support Center Helpdesk at x4357 (HELP), or send an email to All requests must include:

There is no charge to move or deactivate a network jack. There is a $125 charge for new jack activations to pay for network switching ports.

Requested network jacks will be activated within 3-10 business days.
