Desktop Support staff provide support for campus office computers and related technology for the UW-W campus. They are trained to solve problems on MACs or PCs that are related to the hardware or software currently supported by the university.
Supporting University Computers
You may request services related to university owned computers by placing a call to the Technology Support Center Helpdesk at 472-4357 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. A ticket will be generated for those calls and will be answered either over the phone or in person.
