Help Using Outlook Web Access (OWA)
OWA Internet Browser Differences
There are 2 versions of Outlook Web Access (OWA) depending on which browser you are using:
- Basic: All versions of Netscape and Internet Explorer 4.x or earlier - Some OWA features are not available
- Premium: Internet Explorer 5.x or later - All OWA features are available
Some of the features that are only available in OWA when using Internet Explorer 5.x or later include:
- Dragging and dropping messages from one folder to another
- Using the spelling checker
- Changing the color of OWA
Be Sure To Logout
You must close all browser windows to securely logout of OWA. Remember to close any browser windows that you may have opened on a computer. This is especially important if you are checking your email on a public workstation.
