Twitter Workshops

What this all this Twitter chatter all about? In recent months, Twitter has entered the consciousness of many people, and has been featured in newspaper and magazine articles, and on the news. It seems that everybody uses it, from celebrities to local politicians, and the major milestone that officially propelled Twitter into mainstream has been the day when Oprah Winfrey featured it prominently on her show in April 2009. So what is Twitter, and is it something you should consider using?

LIVE WORKSHOPS: You can sign-up for one of two fall semester live, hands-on workshops titled Intro to Twitter & News Feed Workshop. We will guide you through the sign-up process for a Twitter account, and provide an overview of how Twitter works, what software to use for accessing Twitter on your computer and your phone, and how to post and "re-tweet" other people's interesting posts.
