On behalf of the Inauguration Committee, I welcome you to the Web site for the inauguration of Richard Telfer as the 15th chancellor of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. The campus community is excited about the vision and leadership that Dr. Telfer brings to our institution. An inauguration is a time for tradition and a cause for celebration.
