National Student Exchange (NSE) offers options for students to study at other U.S. universities.

Students participate in NSE for a variety of reasons, including travel, academic diversification, cultural awareness, search for self-identity, and exploration of graduate school and career opportunities. Students experience differences in educational philosophies, academic program offerings and educational format, as well as, social and cultural differences on and off campus.

NSE is designed to provide students this opportunity with a simplified admissions process, assurance of credit transferability, at a minimal additional cost. NSE includes nearly 200 colleges and universities and has provided exchange opportunities to more than 90,000 students since its founding in 1968. The NSE program is present in 48 states, the District of Columbia, three U.S. territories abroad and even some Canadian universities participate in NSE.
