The Disney College Program at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, offers students a unique education and work experience. Participants live in the program's housing complex, work in a paid onstage or backstage role, and take advantage of the program's educational opportunities. Each role provides an opportunity for you to develop communication skills and problem-solving skills. You will also gain confidence. Your first role with the Disney College Program is just the beginning! After completing the program, you become eligible to apply for another role with the Disney College Program or you can apply for a Professional Internship. Many of the Disney Professional Internships require previous participation in the Disney College Program.

Educational Opportunities

At Disneyland, the education program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive experiential learning opportunity that will enhance their academic and professional career. Participants will have a custom-designed Individualized Learning Plan that suits their personal needs and interests. As part of the Individualized Learning Plan, participants will take a Disney Education Course (Marketing You! and/or Organizational Leadership). Participants may also choose to enroll in the Leadership Speaker Series or Professional Development Study, utilize resources in one of the Disney Learning Centers, or work on a service project through the Disney VoluntEARS team.
