Disney College Program at the Walt Disney World Resort

The Disney College Program at the Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida, offers students a unique education and work experience. Participants live in one of the program's housing complexes, work in a paid onstage or backstage role, and can take advantage of one or more of the program's educational opportunities. Through UW-Whitewater, students can earn credit for participating in the program! Work Experience

Onstage Roles - Attractions, Bell Services/Dispatch, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique Hostess, Character Attendant, Custodial, Full Service Food & Beverage, Hopper, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Lifeguard, Main Entrance Operations, Merchandise, QuickService Food & Beverage, Recreation, Resort Hopper, Transportation, Vacation Planner

Backstage Roles - Costuming, QuickService Restaurant (Kitchen Only)

Each role provides an opportunity for you to develop communication skills and problem-solving skills. You will also gain confidence. Your first role with the Disney College Program is just the beginning! After completing the program, you become eligible to apply for another role with the Disney College Program or you can apply for a Professional Internship. Many of the Disney Professional Internships require previous participation in the Disney College Program.
