The Inn Between Bar & Grill is seeking 2-3 full time interns for the summer. This internship is a bar and restaurant management training position and a unique opportunity for qualified candidates to learn about the nuts and bolts of running a business. The internship will involve working at this lakefront bar, performing management duties, completing at least one special project, and hands on training from and weekly discussions with the owner, a successful entrepreneur and Harvard Business School graduate.

Summer - Full Time
Start Date - around May 28 (Memorial Day)
PAID - Compensation package includes a $300 weekly salary (plus tips), a $1000 scholarship upon completion of the program, and housing assistance.

Qualifications
Personal qualities: trustworthy, ambitious, hard-working, service-oriented, and fun.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a service-oriented environment (especially in the bar/restaurant business) is a plus.
