Outstanding Diversity Programs Application/Nomination Form

This award is offered to recognize organizations that have worked to offer a meaningful diversity project since the previous Awards Ceremony on April 30, 2012. Diversity programs are those events that your organization has sponsored for the campus community at large. These events may include speakers, training or awareness events, etc. This award is not intended to recognize community service events. Co-sponsored programs must apply jointly.

Please provide the following information for this award application:

  3. Campus impact
