Outstanding Educational Program Awards Application/Nomination Form

This award is offered to recognize organizations that have conducted a meaningful educational project since the previous Awards Ceremony on May 3, 2009. Educational programs are those events that your organization has sponsored for the campus community at large. These events may include speakers, training or awareness events, etc. This award is not intended to recognize community service events. Co-sponsored programs must apply jointly.
