Outstanding Integrative Program Awards Application/Nomination Form

This award is offered to recognize organizations that have conducted a meaningful co-sponsored project since the previous Awards Ceremony on May 2, 2009. Integrative programs are those events that your organization has sponsored with other members of the UW-Whitewater community for the campus at large. These events may include speakers, training or awareness events, etc. This award is not intended to recognize community service events.
