Involvement Essay Application Form

The Involvement essay recognizes written submissions reflecting how student involvement has impacted an undergraduate student’s life and the greater Whitewater community. Donated money and supplies, volunteering, organizational involvement, participation in student and community governance, community service/philanthropy participation, voting, tutoring, and involvement in committees are a few examples of how one can demonstrate their involvement. The Campus Awards Selection Committee will evaluate essays on content, style, grammar, and meaningfulness of involvement.

The Involvement Essay should no more than one page in length. Please use the space provided to type your essay below. If you have any supporting documents please send them as a PDF to campusawards@uww.edu. Please include the award and your name in the subject line. The recipients of this award will have their essays shared at the Campus Awards Ceremony and will receive a $100 honorarium.
