Student Involvement Award Application/Nomination Form

This award is presented to UW-Whitewater students annually who have served, in an exemplary fashion, our campus and the broader community by being involved in leadership, service, programming, and other activities. Students selected for this honor will have made a difference "through their involvement."

Eligibility:

Currently enrolled UW-Whitewater student.

Selection Criteria:

Demonstrated leadership committed to ethical action and social responsibility.
Demonstrated an attitude of service to campus and/or community.
Shown a commitment to academic and personal growth.
Overall involvement.
