Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA)

Description Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was founded in 1908. Our organization has a legacy of service, leadership, and sisterhood. Alpha Kappa Alpha serves the community by targeting education, health, black family, economics, arts, and leadership development. Chapters exist is all states, the Virgin Islands, London, and Germany.

Alpha Phi Alpha (NPHC)

Description The objective of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. is to stimulate the ambition of its members; to prepare them for the greatest usefulness in the causes of humanity, freedom and dignity of the individual; to encourage the highest and noblest form of manhood; and to aid down-trodden humanity in its efforts to achieve higher social, economic and intellectual status.

Alpha Sigma (PHC)

Description Alpha Sigma, the oldest sorority on campus and in the state of Wisconsin, was founded in 1898. This sorority has a strong alumnae board which supports the chapter. Being the only local sorority on campus, the money stays within their house and the community. Overall, their main objectives are to promote high scholastic achievement, friendship, and sisterhood.

Delta Sigma Theta (NPHC)

Description Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. is a sisterhood of college-educated women committed to public service. The major programs of the sorority are based upon the organization's Five Point Thrust of Economic Development, Educational Development, International Awareness and Involvement, Physical and Mental Health and Political Awareness and Involvement.

Delta Zeta (PHC)

Description The purpose of Delta Zeta, the second largest national sorority, is to unite college women to pursue knowledge, motivate and support one another as leaders, challenge one another in personal growth and moral integrity, and create sincere and lasting friendships. Events throughout the year include socials with fraternities and other student organizations, participation in homecoming, sisterhood events, multiple opportunities for community service, Greek week, Mother Father Daughter Banquet, among many others.

Delta Chi (Colony)

Description The members of The Delta Chi Fraternity, believe that great advantages are to be derived from a brotherhood of college men, appreciating that close association may promote friendship, develop character, advance justice, and assist in the acquisition of a sound education.

Lambda Chi Alpha (Interest Group)

Description We believe in Lambda Chi Alpha, and its traditions, principles and ideals. The crescent is our symbol; pure, high ever growing, and the cross is our guide; denoting service, sacrifice, and even suffering and humiliation before the world, bravely endured if need be, in following that ideal.

Sigma Tau Gamma (Colony)

Description Believing that a social Fraternity must be dedicated to the highest ideal of manhood and brotherhood; to congeniality, the development of good personal characteristics and social poise; to good scholarship, mature thinking and action; to good citizenship, democratic principles and acceptance of responsibility and, to loyalty and service to college, community and country, our Fraternity embraced a set of six Principles that together express our personal and fraternal aspirations: Value, Learning, Leadership, Excellence, Benefit and Integrity.

Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority

Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority, Inc. is a Corporation founded to serve its Members, the University, and the surrounding communities. Its main objective is to help each member graduate from the university and to support the Hispanic/Latino communities as well as other communities in need, emphasizing on the youth.

We hope to provide a link to higher education and to strengthen the future of society through education. The objective of Gamma Alpha Omega Sorority, Inc. is to guide its Members to instill in themselves and maintain the values of Honesty, Integrity, Leadership, Scholarship and Unity.

Lambda Alpha Upsilon (IFC)

Description The mission of Lambda Alpha Upsilon Fraternity is to be a network of professionals that promote brotherhood, scholarship and service to the community. The fraternity promotes brotherhood by providing its members personal and professional support on an undergraduate and alumni level.

Lambda Theta Alpha Sorority (Interest Group)

Description Lambda Theta Alpha was founded as the First Latina sorority in the U.S, founded at Kean University, in New Jersey in 1975. The purpose of the organization is to create a support group for Latinas in higher education, and unite the Latino community on campus. LTA is established as an academic sorority with goals of community and political activism. Lambda Theta Alpha is not an exclusionary organization.

The Interested Ladies of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority Incorporated of UW-Whitewater are working on establishing a chapter.

Omega Psi Phi (NPHC)

Description From the initials of the Greek phrase meaning "Friendship is Essential to the Soul," Omega Psi Phi was founded on the principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance and uplift. Patrons of social action, Omega members keep strict standards to the community while maintaining scholarship and achievement.

Phi Chi Epsilon (IFC)

Description Phi Chi Epsilon was founded at UW-Whitewater in 1921. Phi Chi is the oldest local fraternity on Whitewater's campus. As a local fraternity, the chapter sets its own rules and governs itself according to the chapter's needs rather than national standards and regulations. Phi Chi Epsilon prides itself in strong brotherhood, unity and working together toward common goals.

Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia (IFC)

Description Phi Mu Alpha is a fraternity open to males of all majors. The only "commonthread" is a love of music. We combine the best aspects of professionalism, service, and social qualities to form an extremely rewarding atmosphere. Our activities range from managing recitals for music majors to running Celebration every March.

Pi Kappa Alpha (IFC)

Description Pi Kappa Alpha will set the standard of integrity, intellect, and achievement for our members, host institutions, and the communities in which we live. Pi Kappa Alpha is dedicated to developing men of integrity, intellect, and high moral character and to fostering a truly lifelong fraternal experience.

Sigma Gamma Rho (NPHC)

Description A leading national service organization, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. has met the challenges of the day and continues to grow through sisterhood, scholarship, and service. They strive to be a dynamic force within each and every community they are in.

Sigma Sigma Sigma (PHC)

Description Sigma Sigma Sigma exists to provide a lifelong sorority experience for women. In conjunction with the formation of this Mission, we reaffirm our commitment to the Sigma Sigma Sigma Declaration of Principles. The Principles elaborate on three basic tenets, which are the reasons for our existence as a Sisterhood.

Zeta Phi Beta (NPHC)

Description The purpose of Zeta Phi Beta is to foster the ideas of service, charity, scholarship, civic and cultural endeavors, sisterhood and finer womanhood. These ideals are reflected in the sorority's national program for which its members and auxiliary groups provide voluntary service to staff, community outreach programs, fund scholarships, support organized charities, and promote legislation for social and civic change.
