Homecoming Senior Award Application

The 2013 Senior Award recipients will be chosen among candidates with senior standing and a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Candidates may only apply once and must be graduating within the 2013-14 academic year. To apply, complete the following:

  1. Complete and submit the online application (below) by Wednesday, October 16 at 11:55 pm.
  2. Send your resume to homecoming@uww.edu. A PDF or Word file is preferred. Please put your name in the file name. Example: resumejanedoe.pdf. The resume is due by Wednesday, October 16.
  3. Have two UW-Whitewater faculty, administrators or university personnel/staff e-mail recommendation letters to homecoming@uww.edu. The letters are due by Wednesday, October 16.
  4. Sign up for an interview time by calling Career & Leadership Development, 262-472-1471 by noon on Thursday, October 17. Sign up for an interview time by calling Career & Leadership Development, 262-472-1471, by noon on Thursday, October 17th.
    Please note:
    Only candidates with resumes and applications submitted may sign up for an interview time. If, due to academic conflict, you cannot attend interviews on Friday, October 18th, an alternate time may be available prior to Friday, October 18th. Please contact Dylan, Senior Awards Coordinator, at homecoming@uww.edu to make alternative arrangements. While HSC does not guarantee an alternative arrangement is available, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
  5. Attend your interview on Friday, October 18 at Career & Leadership Development (UC146).

  • In list form, list the campus activities in which you have participated while in college (include organization; years of participation; offices held, if any).

  • In list form, list any honors or recognitions you have received while in college (awards, scholarships, published articles, etc.).

  • In list form, list community activities in which you have been involved while in college.

  • In 250 words or less, list any additional responsibilities or accomplishments which should be considered by the selection committee.
