Financial Aid

Financial aid is monies awarded to students for the purposes of offsetting educational expenses. These expenses include (but are not limited to) tuition and fees, housing (room and board), books and supplies, and transportation to and from the university.

The university is responsible for overseeing the dissemination of federal, state and institutional aid awarded to UW-Whitewater students. Financial Aid reports include data on students who were awarded and accepted financial aid administered through the university. All reports reflect official data based on UW-System CDR (Central Data Request) definitions.
