The Greek community at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater consists of diversified men and women that also belong to different fraternities and sororities. Our Greek community provides its members with opportunities for growth in academic, leadership, service learning, and social arenas. Fraternity and sorority membership can offer the experience of a more well-rounded college experience.
At UW-Whitewater, we have three major governing Councils for Greek Life. The Interfraternity Council (IFC) represents fraternities. The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) represents our historically African-American fraternities and sororities, and Panhellenic Association (PHC) represents sororities. Each Council is a vital part of the Greek Community.
