Student organizations are an integral part of a students' experience while at UW-Whitewater. They provide opportunities to develop leadership skills, broaden social and professional opportunities, and contribute to both the University and the surrounding community.
Annually, more than 170 student organizations are recognized through UW-Whitewater Leadership Development. These groups can range from arts programming to ethnic interest groups to political advocacy to club sports or service organizations.
All student organizations must be recognized. The annual term of recognition is valid for the current academic year. All groups are encouraged to register by May 15th for the following year. Copies of the forms can be found under the Registration link on the sidebar to the left or picked up at Leadership Development in Drumlin 120. Leadership Development staff is available to assist you with the development of your organization and its members - which will help you have the best organization that it can be!
