Success U
Our success skills program, known as Success U, blends the areas of professional skills, career development and leadership development into a synergistic a la cart menu for UW-W students. The program provides opportunities for acquisition of knowledge through our LEAD 101 or basic leadership seminar as well as the other topical speakers, leadership conference and seminars throughout the year. We provide ways for them to practice those skills in our experimental offerings of Mock Interviews, Etiquette Dinners (DinnerView) and involvements. Success U provides reflection on the experiences via our master and capstone experience. This program meets the UW-W student where they are developmentally, and moves them further down the road of success. Success U is a certification program that is made up of speakers, seminars, web/podcasts and experimental opportunities to learn professional and leadership skills. For a student to achieve a Success U Certificate they will need to attend our foundation leadership education seminar, 3 seminar/speaker offerings, the annual Leadership Conference and our Mastery Capstone event.
