LEAD!
This 3 day program is aimed at first year students who expressed an interest in starting off their first year with a focus on success, involvement and meeting people.
EMERGE is based off the Kouzes and Posner "Leadership Challenge." Participants will leave the seminar with an understanding of the 5 basic practices of quality leadership as well as an understanding of their current abilities in regard to each practice.
Want to get involved but not sure how or in what way? A consultation assists students increasing an involovment and success plan that includes activites and leadership positions.
